Royal approval was issued to form the Board of Directors of the Saudi Council of Engineers, in its eighth session, for a period of 3 years, and they are as follows:
- Dr. Sumaya bint Sulaiman Al-Sulaiman - Representative of the Ministry of Culture
- Eng. Tariq bin Ziyad Al-Shami - Representative of the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services
- Eng. Majid bin Mohammed Al Dahwi - Representative of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development
- Eng. Ali bin Hadi Rajhi - Representative of the Ministry of Municipal, Rural and Housing Affairs
- Eng. Ahmed bin Tarees Al-Sheikh - an experienced and specialized member.
- Eng. Majid bin Al-Humaidi Al-Mutairi - elected member
- Eng. Abdul Rahman bin Saad Al-Qarni - elected member
- Eng. Omar bin Mastur Al-Anazi - elected member
- Eng. Badr bin Abdul Latif Busbet - elected member
- Eng. Issa bin Humaid Al-Humairi - elected member
The members of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Council of Engineers also extended their thanks and great gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister - may Allah protect them - for their support for the engineering sector in the Kingdom and its workers, as The Authority indicated that this new formation comes within the efforts provided by our wise government to achieve the ambitious goals and aspirations, which will contribute to the growth and development of the Authority’s objectives and the engineering sector in addition to enhancing the progress of the various engineering and technical fields, empowering national cadres of engineers, male and female engineers, specialists and technicians, and towards qualifying and raising the level of capabilities of male and female engineering majors students.
