This goal focuses on adopting qualitative initiatives in covering the partnerships included in the integration model with government agencies. The initiatives of this goal also focus on covering professional partnerships with international bodies and activating them in partnership with local educational and academic bodies. It also includes marketing partnerships and business development with some stakeholders.

-Basis: Service architecture development.

This goal means developing the structure of providing member services, and ensuring their effectiveness. The goal includes many initiatives that focus on ensuring high levels of marketing and communication with members, and applying systems and techniques for managing member relationships.

- Readiness: Raising the level of readiness for the labor market.

This goal includes some vital initiatives in positioning the Authority within the map of societal influence for technical and engineering professions, as it includes initiatives directed at future engineer from basic stage students and students from engineering colleges, with the aim of raising their level of readiness in advanced stages. In addition to providing incentive packages for those with advanced professional degrees and developing the necessary regulations and legislation to advance the engineering sector in the Kingdom.

- Support: Developing the member services system.

This goal means developing basic member services, which cover individuals, offices and engineering companies, and which cover general skilled membership services.

-Upgrading: Improving the level of professional practices of members.

This goal focuses on adopting many important initiatives to raise the level of standards for practicing engineering professions in line with international best practices. It also means managing its implementation according to the principle of taking the initiative with the members. This goal also includes expanding the participation of professional accreditation committees in raising the professional level of members in a more effective manner.

- Commitment: Ensuring adherence to quality standards of professional practices.

This goal focuses on adopting more effective initiatives aimed at strengthening the Authority's supervisory role, and helps expand the circle of conformity and compliance activity assigned to the Authority in accordance with the Law for the Practice of Engineering Professions.
