MOU includes a provision that SBCNC and SCE would conclude necessary agreements with reference entities in the Saudi Building Code to contribute in training, tests, certificates and all aspects of knowledge transfer in localizing the scientific material, in addition to approving training curricula and tests on the Saudi Building Code and approving their schedules, together with considering the reports received from SCE on the programs of this course, as well as reviewing and discussing the same along with requesting amendment, correction or development.

SCE will be an umbrella authority through which all building code training programs will be delivered. Furthermore, SCE will be the body concerned with announcing and determining courses' dates, venues and conditions. Additionally, SCE will determine registration fees and expenses for each course in coordination with SBCNC. Moreover, SCE will implement registration procedures and collect fees from participants.
