Saudi Council for Engineers (SCE) and Saline Water Conversion Corporation sign a MoU to train and develop 888 engineers

SCE has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Saline Water Conversion Corporation to train and develop 888 newly graduated engineers within the program of qualifying newly graduated engineers and preparing them for the labor market.

This agreement comes as a true translation of the Kingdom's advancement, which lasted for years with giving and on the occasion of the 88th National Day. This program aims to develop the efficiency of the engineer according to the requirements of the labor market and put the newly graduated engineer on the threshold of professional standards. The program also includes several engineering disciplines (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electronics and Control Engineering).

SCE Chairman, Eng. Saad Al Shahrani, stressed that SCE is keen to support the newly graduated engineers to contribute to their development to enter in a strong and effective manner in the professional field and to participate in the management of the most important projects in the Kingdom in order to be fully aware of the latest science of engineering, to keep up with the Saudi Vision 2030, which greatly targeted the human resource at the individual and collective level.

Eng. Saad Al Shahrani assured that SCE is aware of the importance of oriented and organized engineering training. SCE has jointly cooperated with Saline Water Conversion Corporation to provide more training and development courses in this field.
