The Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) signs a memorandum for the training and employment of national cadres with Amaala Company

The SCE signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Amaala Company, to train and employ national engineering cadres, and to seek the services of Saudi offices and engineering companies in Amaala projects, and to employ those professionally accredited by the SCE in its projects, while the agreement was signed by the Secretary General of the SCE, Eng, Farhan bin Habaiter Al- Shammari, as was represented by Amaala CEO of the company, Nicholas Naples.

After the signing of the agreement, the Secretary-General of SCE confirmed that the SCE continues its efforts to extend bridges of cooperation with various establishments and private entities that contribute to raising the capabilities of national cadres through training and employment, adding that the agreement is based on the SCE role in the qualification and professional accreditation of engineers, technicians and even engineering offices and companies.

Al-Shammari pointed out that the memorandum is concerned with strengthening Saudi engineering cadres with training programs that qualify them with modern engineering expertise and techniques, which will qualify them to go into the midst of work and contribute to building mega national projects, indicating that major projects depend on qualification and professional accreditation provided by the SCE in employing professionals in various sectors Affiliated with

He indicated that the SCE is working to consolidate its professional and national role to improve the engineering and technical practices of its members in partnership with various governmental and private agencies, and to make all efforts to facilitate the localization of the engineering sector and to strengthen the capabilities of its national cadres, and to establish them in the labor market.​
