Open Registration for Medical Insurance Program for Members

In order to fulfill its professional and social role for its members, the Saudi Council of Engineers has been keen to complete rendering health care services to Saudi engineers and technicians as well as their families through a five-category program, under a different insurance coverage and a wide and distinguished medical network to suit the conditions and needs of members and their families and to provide them with an opportunity to select the appropriate category.

Therefore, The SCE is so pleased to announce the start of registration for the third year of the program and receipt of the applications according to the following controls:

Note: If the minimum number required from BUPA is not satisfied, SCE will suspend the program and refund fees to the subscribers.

1.SCE Membership shall be valid.

2.The program is dedicated for Saudi engineers, technicians, interested individuals and their families only.

3.All those added should be added in the family card.

4.The program shall cover the following categories (Gold, A+, A, B and C) and according to the medical networks assigned to each category.

5.Children aged up to 25 years shall be accepted.

6.Medical insurance fees shall be fixed and not change on the date of registration.

7.Insurance fees paid shall be non-refundable, since the contract does not allow the cancellation of membership after activation.

8.Maternity insurance shall cover the newborn throughout the period that the mother stays in the hospital after the birth only. A new insurance shall be released for the newborn immediately after the birth is informed in coordination with SCE.

9.The insurance coverage and the medical network assigned to each category must be carefully examined before selecting the category.

10.The member can receive his insurance cards and those of his family members through the General Secretariat in Riyadh or obtain them by post against an additional charge of (SAR 50) for each consignment.

11.If you wish to add the parents, both of them must be collectively added, together with the required disclosure form.

12.Parent-addition fees shall be determined based on the results of the parents' medical disclosure study. In the absence of any diseases, the price shall be calculated at the same price as published on the website.

13.Program registration shall be open until 30/04/2018, and the registration will thereafter be closed. Only applications for children or wives newly added in the family card will be accepted.

14.This registration shall be considered preliminary and non-binding. If the required number is not satisfied, the program will be suspended and all subscriber amounts will be refunded.

The medical insurance contract shall come into effect for one year from 01/03/2018 until 28/2/2019.
