H.E. Dr. Jamil Jarallah Al-Bagawi, SCE Chairman on his own capacity and on behalf of Board Directors, Employees, Members of SCE and all engineers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia extends note of thanks to His Majesty the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz - May Allah save him - marking the issuance of the Cabinet Decision under Royal Decree no. 8079 dated 19/02/1439 AH regarding the appointment of recently-graduated Saudi engineers in the Engineering Consulting Services Agreements by at least 10% of the total employees in national projects.
In addition, Dr. Al Bagawi also paid tribute to His Majesty the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for the keenness of the Honorable Council of Ministers to direct Governmental authorities to make the companies and Consultancy Offices applying for national projects abide by appointing recently graduated Saudi engineers in the Engineering Consulting Services Agreements by at least 10% of the total employees in that project. In addition to abiding by Laws, regulations and decisions related to assigning engineering consulting works to the authorized consulting companies and offices; in addition not to assign engineering consulting companies and offices with consulting and technical support works at the same time.

Dr. Al Bagawi pointed out that this parental gesture for engineers will have a great impact on the employment of sons and daughters of the homeland and the localization of engineering expertise, generating economic and social returns that will benefit the country by benefiting from the engineers of the country, transferring the experience to them, and to be practically developed and qualified after gaining the experience.
