    Documents Required

    • The old and new articles of incorporation after amendment
    • The new commercial register
    • Attach the Ministry of Investment license if the partner is a foreigner

    Service Conditions

    • ​For support companies, the partner shall be a Saudi technician, specialist, or investor (provided that one of the partners is a technician or specialist after implementing the request) 
    • For specialized companies, the partner shall be a Saudi engineer with the classification of participant or investor (provided that one of the partners is a participant after executing the application)
    • For Saudi engineering consulting companies, the partner shall be a Saudi engineer with the classification of a higher participant or investor (provided that one of the partners is a professional after implementing the application)
    • For mixed engineering consulting companies, the partner shall be an engineer with a higher associate classification, an investor (provided that one of the partners is a professional after executing the request), or a foreign engineering consulting company. 
    • If the partner is an individual investor, he shall be Saudi and not a government employee. If the investor is a non-professional Saudi facility, the registration number and a copy of it shall be attached. 
    • In the event of joining the engineering company as a professional partner, an engineering license shall be available for the company.
