    Documents Required

    • A copy from the Ministry of Labor shows the current employment under the facility
    • A copy of the insurance showing the current employment under the facility
    • Attach contracts for special projects (if the request is for special projects or expansion of activity)
    • Attach government support (if the application is for government projects)

    Service Conditions

    • ​To establish a company, the license period shall not exceed 6 months from its inception.
    • To expand the company, justifications for recruitment shall be attached and a copy of the labor office shall be attached. 
    • Special projects: Attach valid project contracts certified by the Chamber of Commerce. 
    • Government projects: attach government support to the number of cadres.​​
