    ​This service enables specialists and technicians accredited by the Authority to request a final license for the main office and practice the profession after obtaining the license to provide supporting engineering services, in the license holder’s specialty.

    • commercial register
    • Articles of Association
    • Insurance certificate for workers in case the company has workers
    • A valid zakat certificate

    Service Conditions

    ​Solidarity Company & Limited Partnership Company:

    • All partners  shall be of Saudi nationality.
    • All partners  shall be professionals.
    • One of the partners shall have a professional degree as a technician or specialist in the same specialty as the facility’s activity 
    • The branch manager shall be a technician or specialist of Saudi nationality 
    • It shall not be bound to another employment contract.
    • He shall not be a manager of more than one branch.
    Professional limited liability Company (one person):
    • The company owner shall be of Saudi nationality
    • One of the partners shall have a professional degree as a technician or specialist in the same specialty as the facility’s activity 
    • The branch manager shall be a technician or specialist of Saudi nationality 
    • It shall not be bound to another employment contract.
    • He shall not be a manager of more than one branch.
    Professional Limited Liability Company & Professional Joint Stock Company: 
    • The partner shall be a technician or specialist of Saudi nationality
    • One of the partners shall have a professional degree as a technician or specialist in the same specialty as the facility’s activity.
    • In the case of an individual investor, he shall be Saudi and not a government employee. If the investor is a non-professional Saudi facility, the registration number and a copy of it shall be attached.
    • The branch manager shall be a technician or specialist of Saudi nationality 
    • It shall not be bound to another employment contract.
    • He shall not be a manager of more than one branch.
