    ​This service enables engineers accredited by the Authority to request a final license for the company’s branch headquarters and practice the profession after obtaining the license to provide engineering consulting services in one or more specializations, for studies, designs, engineering supervision, and project management.

    Documents Required

    • commercial register
    • Articles of Association
    • A valid zakat certificate for the company
    • Insurance certificate for workers in case the company has workers
    • In the event of a safety activity, an industrial safety approval letter must be attached

    Service Conditions

    ​Solidarity Company & Limited Partnership Company:

    • All partners  shall be of Saudi nationality.
    • All partners  shall be professionals.
    • One of the partners shall have a professional classification of no less than a professional engineer.
    • The branch manager shall be a Saudi engineer 
    • he shall not be bpund to another employment contract.
    • He shall not be a manager of more than one branch.
    Professional limited liability Company (one person):
    • The company owner shall be of Saudi nationality
    • The license applicant shall have professional accreditation from the Authority and have a professional degree of no less than professional engineer.
    • The branch manager shall be a Saudi engineer 
    • he shall not be bound to another employment contract.
    • He shall not be a manager of more than one branch.
    Professional Limited Liability Company & Professional Joint Stock Company: 
    • The engineer partner shall be of Saudi nationality.
    • One of the partners shall have a professional classification of no less than a professional engineer.
    • In the case of an individual investor, he shall be Saudi and not a government employee. If the investor is a non-professional Saudi facility, the registration number and a copy of it shall be attached.
    • The branch manager shall be a Saudi engineer 
    • It shall not be bound to another employment contract.
    • He shall not be a manager of more than one branch.
