    Documents Required

    • A license from Ministry of Investment is needed If one of the partners is non-Saudi
    • commercial register
    • Articles of Association
    • Attaching projects of a complex technical nature, especially in the energy, water, petrochemicals sectors and other sectors (and their completion certificates)
    • A valid zakat certificate for the company
    • Accreditation certificates for engineers
    • Company insurance certificate
    • Labor office certificate for the company

    Service Conditions

    • ​A  license of Ministry of Investment is needed. If one of the partners is non-Saudi
    • The presence of projects of a complex technical nature, especially in the energy, water, petrochemicals, etc. sectors. (And certificates of completion therein)
    • The presence of the required engineering and technical personnel, and that the number of engineers working for the company should not be less than (100) engineers in various engineering specializations accredited by the Saudi Council of Engineers on the Company’s Insurance.
    • The Company shall have a valid Zakat Certificate.​​
