    Technical expertise is one of the ways and means resorted to by competent authorities, such as judicial and arbitration authorities, through cases in which a technical opinion is required. Technical experts are commissioned by the authorities requesting a technical opinion, and the expert's opinion is for reference and is not restricted.
    The service allows the qualification and classification of “engineering" technical experts. Registration of experts takes place in three categories according to the engineering field specified by the registration applicant (33 fields), and each category has a minimum number of points that shall be obtained, which are:

    • Professional with engineering experience (from 61 points to 70 points).
    • Senior Engineering Expert (from 71 points and above).

    The mechanism for collecting points is according to the standards contained in the Manual of Standards for Registration and Classification of Technical Experts and contained in the Terms of Service.

    Documents Required

    • Degree: Attach the academic certificate with an engineering specialty to each academic degree
    • continuing education: Attach certificates of training courses in the engineering field specified by the registration applicant
    • Memberships: Attaching the qualifying memberships obtained by the applicant for registration from the competent authorities in the field of technical expertise
    • Work experience: Attach reports of the applicant's previous technical experience, which shall be in the field of his technical classification
    • Years of experience: Total years of experience after graduating from the bachelor’s degree in engineering
    • Legal know-how: Attach certificates of training courses in legal rules in the field of technical expertise

    • Login to the technical expertise system
    • Determine a service (upgrade/renew and upgrade)
    • Upload the required documents according to each standard.

    What after the Request is executed?

    • Review the request
    • Notification of approval, rejection, or deficiencies
    • Issuing an invoice for the financial consideration (fees)
    • Paid by the applicant
    • Including the approved name in the list of engineering experts
    • Print the certificate electronically
